Exclusive Terms & Conditions
1. Promo Validity
The DTP Exclusive is valid from September 11 to September 30, 2026.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is exclusively available to registered Design Trade Partners (DTPs) of Shadows & Patterns. DTP status is determined based on the DTP's cumulative total purchases from Shadows & Patterns, across all transactions and without limitation to a specific year or period. The applicable DTP tier is as follows:
- DTP Studio: cumulative purchases of ₱100,000 to ₱499,999
- DTP Maison: cumulative purchases of ₱500,000 to ₱999,999
- DTP Atelier: cumulative purchases of ₱1,000,000 and above
The applicable DTP status and corresponding promotional benefits shall be based on the DTP's current cumulative purchase record at the time of the transaction, subject to verification by Shadows & Patterns.
3. DTP Status & Privileges
Promotional benefits are based on the DTP's current status at the time of purchase. Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to verify the DTP's eligibility and status before applying the applicable promotional benefits.
4. Discount or Rebate
Eligible discounts may either be:
- Applied and deducted from the total purchase amount upon purchase, or
- Given as a rebate, which will be released 30 days after all items in the order have been fully fulfilled.
The applicable discount or rebate arrangement shall be determined and confirmed at the time of purchase.
5. Discount Computation
Any additional discount applicable to Sale Items or Clearance Items shall be calculated based on the already discounted Sale or Clearance price, and not based on the original regular price.
6. New Transactions Only
Only new purchases made and confirmed within the promo period are eligible. Previously confirmed or completed orders are not eligible for adjustment or retroactive application of the promotion.
7. Finalization of Orders
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation or modification of the order may no longer be accommodated.
8. Sale & Clearance Items
Purchases of Sale Items and Clearance Items are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Regular-Priced Items
Purchases of regular-priced items remain subject to Shadows & Patterns' existing return and exchange policies, unless otherwise stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
10. Non-Transferable
DTP privileges and promotional benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible registered DTP.
11. Other Promotions
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional offers unless expressly authorized by Shadows & Patterns.
12. Promo Compliance
Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to verify eligibility, decline transactions, or withhold promotional benefits where the stated requirements are not met.
13. Changes to the Promotion
Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion and/or its terms when necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the DTP Exclusive constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable DTP policies of Shadows & Patterns.
