Return Policy

 Can I return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to arrange for an exchange or a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will inspect the item for any signs of usage or damage once we have received it.

Please package the items in its original packaging along with the copy of the original invoice. We suggest that you ship the package via Grab, Lalamove or Trasportify (if within Metro Manila) or LBC Express or JRS Express (if outside Metro Manila) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit.  We cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

How much will I be refunded?

You will be refunded for the amount of the item when it was purchased minus the shipping fee. Also, credit card fees and other charges may or may not be refunded depending on the policy of our payment provider. Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. 

 

Refund Amount = Total Paid Amount - Delivery Fee - Credit Card Fees/Other Charges

 

What if my item is damaged?

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for our inspection.

 

What if I purchased a Pre-order item or I requested for late delivery of my item?

Pre-order items are not eligible for a refund. Similarly, if you requested for a late delivery of your item for more than 28 days after your purchase, it is no longer eligible for a refund.  If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged.

 

What if I purchased a Sale item?

Items that are on sale may not be returned for a refund. If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
