Return Policy

General Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
  • Shipping costs for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since you received the item, returns or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed based on the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
  • Credit card fees and other payment processing charges may not be refundable, subject to the policy of the payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Pre-Order Items and Late Deliveries

  • Items purchased as pre-orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Items requested for late delivery exceeding 28 days after the purchase date are also ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • If the pre-order or late-delivery item arrives damaged, it may be exchanged for an item of equal value, subject to inspection and availability. Customers must report damages immediately.

Sale and Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • In the case of a damaged item, it may be exchanged for an item of equal value, subject to inspection and stock availability. Customers must report damages immediately.

Exchanges and Restocking Fee

  • Exchanges are permitted for eligible items but may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the item's price, depending on the condition of the returned product.
  • Exchanges must be for items of the same value or higher, and any price difference for higher-value items must be paid by the customer.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection of the returned item.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same item or one of equal value.
    • Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with proof of damage (e.g., photos) and a copy of the invoice.

    Additional Notes

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to inspect returned items for eligibility and make the final decision on all returns and exchanges.
    • Refund or exchange policies may vary depending on the specific terms of sale or promotion.
