What are your payment options?

Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not yet available.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver nationwide through our partner couriers.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila for orders above ₱10,000.

For deliveries outside Metro Manila, shipping cost will vary depending on the size or weight of the item. You may refer here for the complete Delivery Informaton.

 Update: We offer FREE DELIVERY to all major cities nationwide from Nov. 20 - Dec 20, 2020.

How long before I receive the item(s)?

All orders are processed and shipped on the following business day (Monday through Friday except holidays). This service is available for products that are in stock, and when the order is placed and paid before 11:00am.  

We ship most items via our partner couriers and most arrive within 7-10 business days. We will inform you of a revised delivery time if: 

  • the order is for a particularly large volume
  • the items ordered require assembly before shipping
  • there are any other issues that would effect next day delivery

 

Where can I view your products?

We are in the midst of setting up our showroom and we will be welcoming our customers very soon. Look out for our opening announcement on our social media pages.

If you would like to personally view a particular product, please contact us and we can arrange a mock-up service.

 

Can I exchange a product or request for a refund?

Absolutely! If you feel that your item is too big and or too small or does not fit your space, feel free to contact us within 7 days after you received your item(s) to arrange for an exchange or request for a refund.

Do you have warranty for your products?

All our products are covered with a 1 year warranty on factory defects. Normal wear and tear not included.

Are products posted available?

Unless otherwise stated, all products posted on our website are available and on hand. 

 

Do you accept pre-orders and can I request for a particular product that is not posted on your site?

Yes, we do accept pre-orders specially for large quantities. If you are looking for a particular model, color or style, you may contact us and we might be able to get that for you. 

 

How long do I have to wait for my pre-ordered item(s) to arrive?

Due to the holiday season, it will take about 10-12 weeks for pre-ordered items to arrive. 

 

Where do you get your items and how can I be assured of the quality?

All our products are sourced directly from our partner manufacturers overseas. All products are manufactured in the factories as we order them. We visit the factories regularly to check on the quality before they are shipped here.
