Festive Finds Holiday Deals

Terms & Conditions:

• All promotions under the Festive Finds Holiday Deals are valid from December 10 to December 31, 2024, only.

• Promotions are valid for both in-store and online purchases, except for the Gift with Purchase (Free Gift) promo, which is exclusive to in-store purchases only.
• Installment payment plans are not eligible for any of the promos.
• Promotions are not applicable to previously confirmed orders, sale items, discounted products, or items on special orders unless explicitly stated.

• Discounts, savings, and free gifts will be applied as per the specific mechanics of each promo (e.g., Home Bundle Deals, Festive Finds Holiday Discounts, Gift with Purchase, or Clearance Sale).
• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

• For the Gift with Purchase (Free Gift) promo, the free gift must be claimed in-store during the time of purchase. Gifts will not be delivered or shipped.
• Free gifts are offered while stocks last and may vary in availability, fragrance, or packaging.

• All items are subject to stock availability. Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to cancel orders if the item is out of stock and refund the payment.

• Cancellations are not allowed for any promotion, except for the Free Gift promo, where specific conditions may apply.
• Exchanges are not permitted for items purchased under the Clearance Sale or Bundle Deals promos. These are considered final sale.
• For other promos (e.g., Festive Finds Holiday Discounts or Free Gift), exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
  • The item must be exchanged for one of equal or higher value, and any price difference for higher-value items must be paid by the customer.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must comply with the store’s return and exchange timelines.
• Refunds or store credit will not be issued for any items purchased under these promotions,  except for the Free Gift promo, where specific conditions may apply.

Specific Promo Mechanics:

• Home Bundle Deals: Bundles are pre-selected and cannot be altered or customized.
• Festive Finds Holiday Discounts: Discounts are automatically applied at checkout once the minimum spend requirement is met.
• Gift with Purchase (Free Gift): Minimum purchase requirements must be met in-store, and qualifying transactions are eligible for one free gift per customer, per transaction.
• Clearance Sale: Applicable to selected on-hand items only. These items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Non-Transferable Offers:

• Discounts, savings, and free gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash or store credit.

• Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to reject any transaction(s) that do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with these terms and conditions.
