Terms & Conditions 

  1. Eligibility

    • This promotion is available exclusively to customers of Shadows & Patterns purchasing through our official website and showroom.

    • All items, except sale items, are included in this promotion.

  1. Reservation Process

    • Customers may reserve an item/s by placing a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price.

    • The reserved item/s will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date of reservation.

  2. Payment & Purchase Completion

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full before the 30-day reservation period expires.

    • If the balance is not settled within the given period, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the item will be released for sale.

    • Deposits are non-refundable but may be converted into store credit for future purchases.

  3. BDO Buy Now, Pay Later (0% for 6 Months)

    • Available for customers using BDO credit cards.

    • A 0% interest installment plan is applicable for six (6) months.

    • Approval is subject to BDO’s financing terms and conditions.

  4. Exclusions & Limitations

    • Reservations are not applicable for sale items.

    • Custom or made-to-order pieces may have a different reservation policy, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

    • Items cannot be swapped or exchanged once reserved.

  5. Order Collection & Delivery

    • Upon full payment, the customer may choose to pick up the item from our showroom or opt for nationwide delivery.

  6. Changes & Cancellation

    • Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

    • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock issues, force majeure), Shadows & Patterns may offer a refund or exchange for affected reservations.

  7. Agreement to Terms

    • By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

    • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.
