Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

• This offer is valid from March 29 to March 31, 2025.

• Orders must be placed within this period to qualify.

2. Eligibility & Coverage

• Applies to purchases made online through the official Shadows & Patterns website or in our showroom.

• Free delivery is available for addresses within Metro Manila & selected Greater Manila Area (GMA).

3. Applicable Products

• All product lines from Shadows & Patterns are eligible for this promotion, except for items sold by partner merchants.

• No exclusions apply—customers can enjoy free shipping on furniture, décor, lighting, and other collections.

4. Free Delivery & Installation

• Customers in Metro Manila are eligible for free delivery and free installation with no minimum purchase required.

• Customers in selected Greater Manila Area (GMA) locations can avail of free delivery for orders of ₱10,000 and above.

• Customers in selected Greater Manila Area (GMA) locations can avail of free installation for orders of ₱20,000 and above.

• Free delivery applies to all Shadows & Patterns' products, except for items sold by partner merchants.

• Free installation is only applicable to lighting products.

• The estimated lead time for delivery and installation is 7 to 20 days.

Installation Guidelines:

• Installation will take place on the same day as delivery.

• The designated installation area must be ready and safe. If deemed hazardous or unsuitable, Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to decline installation.

• Pre-installation requirements:

• Necessary housing support and electrical supply must already be in place.

• Additional services (e.g., rewiring, repair, or extra installation work) will incur an extra charge.

• Ceiling height must not exceed 3.0 meters for safety reasons.

• If permits are required, customers must secure them before installation. Any rescheduling due to permit issues will result in additional fees.

• A representative must be present during installation to provide instructions and supervise the process.

• Customers must submit a written request showing the designated installation area at least 3 days before the scheduled installation.

5. General Terms

• This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Shadows & Patterns reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In case of disputes, Shadows & Patterns’ decision will be final and binding.
