Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Period

  • Offer runs from October 30 to November 25, 2025. 

  • Orders must be placed within this duration. 

2. Eligibility & Coverage

  • Valid for purchases made via the Shadows & Patterns website or in our showroom.

  • Free delivery is available within Metro Manila and selected areas of the Greater Manila Area (GMA).

  • Covered GMA Locations Include:

    • Bulacan: Marilao, Bocaue, San Jose del Monte, Meycauayan

    • Rizal: San Mateo, Antipolo, Taytay

    • Cavite: Kawit, General Trias, Tanza, Imus, Bacoor, Noveleta, Rosario, Salawag, Dasmariñas, Trece Martires, Silang, Carmona

    • Laguna: Calamba, Sta. Rosa, San Pedro, Biñan, Cabuyao

    • Batangas: Lipa
       Other: South Palmgrove (selected zones in Batangas/Cavite)

3. Applicable Products

  • All Shadows & Patterns products are eligible, except for those sold by partner merchants.

  • Applies to furniture, décor, lighting, and other collections.

4. Free Delivery & Installation

  • Metro Manila:
     ✓ Free delivery & installation — no minimum purchase required.

  • Greater Manila Area (GMA):
     ✓ Free delivery for orders ₱10,000 and up
     ✓ Free installation for orders ₱20,000 and up
     ✓ Installation applies to lighting products only
    *** Free delivery applies to all Shadows & Patterns products, except for items sold by partner merchants. 

5. Delivery & Installation 

  • Lead time: 7 to 20 days from order confirmation.

  • Installation will be scheduled on the same day as delivery

6. Installation Requirements

  • Area must be ready and safe (hazardous sites may be declined)

  • Pre-installation essentials:

    • Electrical supply and fixtures must be pre-installed

    • Ceiling height must not exceed 3.0 meters

    • Additional work (e.g., rewiring) will incur extra fees

    • Any required permits must be secured by the customer

    • A representative must be present during installation

    • Customers must submit a request showing the installation area at least 3 days before

7. General Terms

  • Cannot be combined with other promos or discounts unless stated otherwise

  • Shadows & Patterns may change or cancel this promo anytime without prior notice

  • In case of dispute, the decision of Shadows & Patterns will be final.
